Junior Hiring Specialist

About the Role

• Role: Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Work Timings: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
• Work Location: Coimbatore (17, Parameswaran Layout, G K D Nagar, Pappanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641037)
• Salary:
• Freshers: Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month during a 6-month internship. Post-internship: 2.4 to 4 LPA.
• Experienced Candidates: Up to Rs. 30,000 per month CTC.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with heads of the organization, operations, and sales teams to identify staffing needs.
• Determine selection criteria.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
• Lead employer branding initiatives.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events in colleges.
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
