About the Role
This is a Summer 2027 Creative Services Internship opportunity, offered in a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Creative Services team by gaining an understanding of the Allianz brand, products, and audiences.
- Collaborate with the Creative Services team to develop creative concepts and moodboards.
- Present concepts and explain their suitability for the marketing strategy.
- Execute creative concepts through various deliverables, including print, digital, large format, and specialties.
- Research and share design, digital, and social trends.
- Update and edit materials based on feedback using InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop.
- Receive and provide feedback.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools and resources, such as generative AI.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Pursuing education in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Art Direction, Packaging Design, Interactive Media, Logo & Identity Systems, Brand Strategy, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and skills in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Basic understanding of print production, paper, process, PMS color systems, and file types.
- Ability to work creatively and proactively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Solid interpersonal and listening skills.
- Solid written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
Compensation
- Job posting range: $20/hr - $24/hr.
- The job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation.
- This role is not eligible for an annual incentive program.
- Final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education, as well as internal equity.
- The range provided is the full base salary range for the role.
