Key Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home’s exterior needs (roofing, windows, siding, and doors).
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of free, no-obligation inspections and quotes to improve their home’s value and protection.
- Develop top-tier communication and sales skills through hands-on training.
- Compete in team challenges while earning bonuses and incentives.

Compensation & Benefits
- Earning Potential: $70,000 - $140,000+ (Base salary + Uncapped Commission)
