About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Founder's Office Intern role based in Noida. The intern will work closely with the founder and core team on strategic and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Research on NEET preparation trends.
• Competitor analysis.
• Gather insights into student needs.
• Support content planning for books.
• Coordinate with subject experts and designers.
• Prepare presentations and reports.
• Assist with project tracking and documentation.
• Handle data in spreadsheets.
• Draft communications.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Maintain clear communication.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical abilities to gather, structure, and interpret data related to NEET preparation and educational content.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for drafting emails, reports, presentations, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with productivity tools such as spreadsheets, word processors, and presentation software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint or equivalents).
• Organizational and time-management skills, including ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Interest in education, publishing, or exam preparation; familiarity with NEET or similar competitive exams is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate effectively in a team setting, and adapt to evolving requirements in a startup-like environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; backgrounds in science, education, or management are a plus.
