- Experience in HR Management.
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies.
- Experience in managing employee benefits.
- Understanding of personnel management and record keeping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
- Experience with HR software and systems is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is a plus.
