Artificial Intelligence Intern

About the Role

The Artificial Intelligence Intern will support the design, development, and testing of AI-driven solutions and learning modules aligned with Weskill’s training programs. This is a remote internship role, offering flexible collaboration with cross-functional teams through online tools and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in data collection and preprocessing.
• Implement basic machine learning models.
• Evaluate model performance under guidance from senior team members.
• Document technical work.
• Prepare learning materials or demos.
• Collaborate with instructors to integrate AI concepts into the curriculum.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Programming.
• Experience in at least one common language such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Analytical Skills and exposure to Data Science concepts, including data handling, basic statistics, and exploratory data analysis.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning principles, algorithms, and workflows.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow technical guidance, and work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant undergraduate program (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field).
• Interest in applying Machine Learning principles to real-world problems.
• Prior project, coursework, or internship experience related to AI or data-driven applications is a plus.
