About the Role
Blacksof is seeking a Project Management Associate to oversee project strategy through to completion, understanding client goals. This role is for a creative thinker with a passion for branding and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and brand values
- Plan campaigns that meet client briefs and present plans to clients
- Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions
- Collaborate with the creative team to execute plans
- Keep clients informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
- Build long-lasting client relationships for a better customer experience
- Implement creative and design thinking to solve problems
- Stay updated on Social Media and Industry trends to create value for projects
- Utilize teamwork to deliver a good team and client experience
- Adapt and perform in a dynamic work environment
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Project Management experience (0-2 years)
- B.Tech/BE + MBA in Operations
- PM Tools knowledge
- Knowledge of SCRUM, Agile Methodology
Qualifications
- Above 60 percentile in CAT is preferred
- Above 65% in 10th, 12th, Graduation, and Post Graduation
- Desire for a long-term association with the organization
- Internship or job experience in IT, digital, print design, or advertising is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Goal-oriented and results-driven
- Ability to adapt and learn
- Positive mindset and appetite for feedback
- Strong documentation, formatting, and organization skills
