Designation: Management Trainee (US Recruitment)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial screening calls & consultations to uncover core skillset match with the Job Description.
- Build relationships with candidates & hunt prospects/references from their network.
- Work on multiple assignments independently after initial handholding.
- Analyze industry trends & target right fits from target companies.
- Use AI tools & techniques for talent attraction & craft impactful messages.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Full-time Graduate Freshers with excellent communication skills.
- Must be ready to work from office during 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (Night Shift).
- Excellent communication skills is a must.
- Strong articulation, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-driven professional capable of executing initiatives with minimal supervision and high ownership.
- Adept at operating independently while seamlessly integrating with and contributing to cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science or related subject is highly preferred.
- Prior experience of US IT Recruitment is preferred.
- Boolean searches/LinkedIn search experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with latest AI technologies is a plus.
