About the Role
- Manage full-service quantitative-led projects for clients across different sectors.
- Undertake a range of operational responsibilities, including consulting on complex projects, data collection and analysis, scripting surveys, and creating proposals to improve existing processes, tools, and services.
- Coordinate projects from beginning to end, multitask complex projects simultaneously, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Opportunity to train and mentor new employees and collaborate on ad-hoc activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-service quantitative-led projects.
- Consult on complex projects.
- Data collection and analysis.
- Scripting surveys.
- Creating proposals to improve existing processes, tools, and services.
- Coordinate projects from beginning to end.

Qualifications
- Graduation/MBA.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Candidate with a consultative approach.
- Ability to manage a variety of stakeholders.
- A strong interest in broadening project management/operational experience and developing a career within an innovative organization.
- Candidate willing to go beyond goals and achieve new heights.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfortable using email applications.
- Comfortable using various tools.
- Comfortable using instant messaging (IM) applications such as Microsoft Teams.
- Previous experience in handling projects or vendors would be a plus.
