About the Role
Chipotle is seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Crew Members. This role offers a clear career path, with over 80% of managers promoted from Crew positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Create a friendly atmosphere and provide exceptional customer service.
- Learn to cook.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
- No prior experience required; all backgrounds are welcome, including dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $20.00–$21.00 per hour.
