About Tradiva Foods Pvt Ltd
Tradiva Foods Pvt Ltd runs two brands:
- The Whole Bowl – a D2C food brand
- Operate IQ – an AI-powered SaaS platform for HoReCa businesses.
The Role
A hands-on generalist internship working directly with founders. Gain exposure to building and running a D2C brand and a B2B SaaS product simultaneously, with ownership of real work from day one.
What You'll Do
- Work with founders on day-to-day priorities for The Whole Bowl and Operate IQ.
- Research markets, competitors, and customers, and present clear recommendations.
- Drive D2C growth through marketplace/website listings, social content, campaigns, and customer feedback.
- Support Operate IQ's go-to-market by building lead lists, reaching out to HoReCa businesses, preparing demos, and collecting user feedback.
- Track operations and sales data, and build simple dashboards and reports.
- Take on projects based on immediate business needs.
Who We're Looking For
- Drive to grow things: proactive and takes ownership of projects.
- Willingness to work across marketing, sales, operations, product, and partnerships.
- Confident and clear communication skills (in person and in writing) with founders, customers, and partners.
- Ownership and follow-through: commitment to completing tasks.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, and ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
- A graduate from a reputed college, with a focus on attitude and execution ability over degree subject.
Work Details
- Location: Borivali West, Mumbai
- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office, 3 days from home, rotating weekly)
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- Start Date: Immediate
- Stipend: To be discussed
