About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern to join our team and gain hands-on exposure to modern recruitment and executive search practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment across mid-senior and leadership roles.
• Draft and refine compelling job descriptions to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other databases.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit.
• Prepare and present candidate profiles for client submissions.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters on live hiring mandates.

Who This Role Is For

• Have a foundational understanding of recruitment (sourcing, screening, outreach).
• Know how to conduct a professional candidate interaction.
• Have used job portals or LinkedIn sourcing at a beginner level.
• Can commit 6 focused hours daily.
• Are sincere, proactive, and ownership-driven.

Compensation & Growth

• Fixed stipend for the internship duration - INR 10000 (Total).
• Performance-driven earning potential: Interns receive up to 15% share on invoice value for roles they contribute to closing, with no earning cap.
• High performers in the past have earned significant monthly incentives, making this a strong learning + earning opportunity.
• Performance-based incentives and potential PPO opportunity - Upto 12 LPA based on performance.
