About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Backend Support Executive to manage home owners and tenant inquiries and assist in the timely resolution of clients. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process HOA violations accurately
- Respond to HOA and tenant queries
- Review and assist in violation resolution
- Coordinate with internal reviewers and supervisors
- Maintain proper documentation and file organization
- Support month-end and reporting activities as required
Qualifications
- Qualification: Graduation or equivalent
- Experience: 0–2 years in HOA support, customer service, or similar role
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet daily deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to US HOA or property management processes
- Experience in handling customer queries and case resolution workflows
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Yardi or similar
- Prior experience working with US clients
Work Expectations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work in US time zones
- Comfortable working in a process-driven environment
