About the Role

glodent multi speciality dental clinic is seeking a General Dentist for a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad. The clinic provides comprehensive, multi-speciality dental care in a professional and welcoming environment, emphasizing ethical practice, clear communication, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced dental procedures, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorations, endodontic treatments, extractions, and preventive care.
• Consult with patients and explain treatment options.
• Maintain accurate clinical records.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Collaborate with dental assistants and other clinical staff.
• Provide post-treatment follow-up.
• Promote oral health education.
• Uphold high standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and professional conduct.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Clinical dentistry skills: diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, endodontics, extractions, and preventive care.
• Patient care capabilities: compassionate chairside manner, clear communication, ability to explain treatment options and oral hygiene practices.
• Proficiency in infection control, sterilization practices, and adherence to clinical safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based clinical environment.
• Solid record-keeping and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
• Willingness to stay updated with advances in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent recognized dental qualification.
• Valid dental license/registration as per local regulations.
• Prior experience as a General Dentist in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated early-career professionals.
