Key Responsibilities

• Support sales activities by engaging with potential and existing customers.
• Assist in lead generation and follow up on inquiries.
• Help prepare sales presentations.
• Update customer records.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track progress on targets.
• Support marketing campaigns.
• Gather customer feedback.
• Prepare simple reports and summaries for management.
• Learn company services, customer needs, and effective communication practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with office productivity tools.
• Ability to maintain organized records.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Foundational Sales and Sales Management skills.
• Ability to assist with Training-related activities.
• Willingness to learn.
• Proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Chennai.
• An engineering degree with Marketing, or a related field (completed or in progress) is preferred but not mandatory.
