About the Role
The Marketing Intern role is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting marketing initiatives across digital and contact center channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with market research.
- Gather and analyze customer insights.
- Help develop basic marketing strategies and campaign concepts.
- Support content creation for social media and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams on promotional activities.
- Help track campaign performance.
- Contribute to sales enablement materials.
- Maintain marketing databases or CRM tools.
- Provide responsive customer service.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong Communication skills (clear writing, active listening, professional interpersonal interaction).
- Market Research skills (data gathering, basic analysis, understanding of target audiences and trends).
- Marketing Strategy skills (interest in branding, campaign planning, understanding digital marketing fundamentals).
- Proficiency with office and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary: 8k - 10k
