About the Role

The Junior Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The Junior Analyst will support research, data collection, and analysis activities to help solve client problems across various domains.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Strong research and information-gathering skills, including the ability to evaluate sources and summarize complex topics clearly.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis tools; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create structured reports and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
• Collaboration and time-management skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (such as in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field) is preferred.
• Internships or academic projects involving data or research are beneficial.
• Interest in AI, digital transformation, and domain-led solutions, with a willingness to learn Evalueserve’s tools, platforms, and methodologies.
