Job Title: Junior Salesforce Admin
About the Role
This is a Full-time position for a Junior Salesforce Admin at Artmac, located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining the Salesforce CRM platform.
- Support user creation and management, including roles, profiles, and permission sets.
- Assist in configuring Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
- Support the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards.
- Assist in managing Salesforce Flow, workflows, and approval processes.
- Perform basic data imports, exports, updates, and data validation.
- Troubleshoot basic Salesforce issues and provide end-user support.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security within Salesforce.
- Assist with Salesforce configuration, testing, and documentation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its core functionalities.
- Understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, records, relationships, and page layouts.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Basic understanding of users, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
- Knowledge of Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Basic understanding of CRM concepts and business processes.
- Familiarity with data management, including data import, export, and data validation.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce Flow and automation concepts is an advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering.
