About the Role
YES BANK is hiring MBA Freshers for its Apprenticeship Program, offering 1 year of structured learning and hands-on experience under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS 2.0). This role provides exposure to commercial cards, partner management, analytics, and business operations within the CLoU vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding of new partners and assist in integration planning.
- Coordinate with business teams to drive scale-up and ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Monitor partner performance and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Identify early-warning signals related to risk, customer conversion, or partner issues.
- Analyze performance trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership discussions.
- Participate in business review meetings to present data-based observations and action points.
- Assist in executing controlled experiments (A/B tests, pilot runs) for new segments and use cases.
- Support monetization activities by analyzing outcomes and suggesting improvements.
- Use analytical tools and datasets to forecast business performance.
- Help optimize growth levers and improve overall portfolio profitability.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
