Junior Engineer

About the Role

Nirved Lifespace is seeking a Junior Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role supports senior engineers and project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring construction or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing technical drawings and documentation.
• Assisting with site measurements and quality checks.
• Coordinating with contractors and vendors.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining project records.
• Supporting progress reporting.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and keep work on schedule.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational knowledge in civil/structural/mechanical engineering principles.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Basic proficiency with engineering and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar).
• Basic proficiency with MS Office and digital documentation practices.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• Communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
• Willingness to work on-site, learn from field conditions, and adapt to changing project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) from an accredited institution.
• Prior internship or site experience is an advantage.
