About the Role

This is a remote volunteer Internship role with Dev Vandan Welfare.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and supporting welfare and community-focused activities, including outreach, documentation, and coordination of online initiatives.
• Research relevant social issues.
• Prepare reports or presentations.
• Manage basic communication with stakeholders.
• Help organize virtual events or campaigns.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Attend online meetings as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of assigned tasks and project progress.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct online research, summarize information clearly, and prepare basic documentation or reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with diverse communities and team members.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting.
• Comfort with using common digital tools (email, word processing, spreadsheets, video conferencing platforms, and social media).
• Interest in social welfare, community development, or non-profit work.
• Ability to collaborate in a multicultural, inclusive environment and demonstrate reliability, accountability, and ethical conduct.
• Availability to commit consistent hours each week during the internship period, with flexibility to attend virtual meetings as scheduled.
• Students or recent graduates from any field are welcome.

Prior volunteering or project experience is beneficial but not required.

Social sciences or related fields may be an advantage.
