About the Role
DrMudhiwalla HealthTech Pvt Ltd is seeking a Tech & Operations Generalist for their North Delhi office. This role is for a startup environment where candidates are expected to perform diverse tasks beyond traditional job descriptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Switch between coding, product development, Canva, client meetings, and sales deals.
- Build the product in the morning and engage with clients in the afternoon.
- Take ownership and learn by doing.
- Work beyond conventional role boundaries.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfortable with a hands-on, generalist role.
- Interest in diverse tasks within a startup.
Qualifications
- BTech Computer Science passouts.
Compensation: ₹4–7LPA based on performance and mutual fit.
Probation Period (6 months): ₹25k-40k/month.
