Requirements & Tech Stack

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR is a strong plus
- 0 to 3 years of hands-on experience or strong internships in HR Generalist, HR Executive, or Talent Acquisition roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
