About the Role
The Human Resources (HR) Intern will support daily HR operations in a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The intern will collaborate with agency leadership and project teams to ensure smooth HR workflows in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment—sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
- Hire for roles across Influencer Marketing, Talent/Creator Management, Brand Partnerships, Content, Social Media, Production, Video Editing, and Design.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Coordinate with team leads/managers on JD creation and hiring requirements.
- Assist with joining formalities, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR activities, including attendance, leave tracking, employee communication, and engagement activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Qualifications
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Interest in recruitment and HR operations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced media/agency environment.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
- Fresh graduates preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
