About the Role
Provide L2/L3 production support for Informatica PowerCenter ETL applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily batch loads and ensure successful completion of ETL workflows.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to ETL processes and data loads.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities as per SLA.
- Monitor workflows, sessions, and mappings in Informatica PowerCenter.
- Work closely with development, database, and business teams for issue resolution.
- Validate data integrity and perform data reconciliation between source and target systems.
- Support deployment activities across Development, QA, and Production environments.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and support runbooks.
- Participate in on-call support and release activities as required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with Informatica workflow scheduling tools.
- Exposure to Control-M, Autosys, or other enterprise schedulers.
- Familiarity with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
- Understanding of DevOps and release management processes.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an added advantage.
