About the Role
Smart Labor Management (SLM) is transforming how construction companies manage, track, and optimize their temporary workforce. SLM provides a purpose-built labor management platform combined with expert workforce coordination support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers with client requests, timesheets, worker placements, and follow-ups.
- Build and deliver client reports on hours, spend, and placement activity.
- Assist with invoice preparation.
- Partner with the IT team to improve, test, and roll out new tools and workflows.
- Work with Account Managers to ensure job, jobsite, worker, and compliance data is accurate.
- Identify process gaps and assist in their resolution.
- Contribute to other operations projects as needed.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data/AI.
- Comfortable testing software and providing clear feedback.
- Organized, self-driven, and a clear communicator.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations, staffing, billing, or account support.
- Invoicing or accounts receivable experience is a plus.
- Staffing or workforce-management software experience is a plus.
