About the Role
This internship supports the fulfillment of commercial real estate loans. The role assists the production team in underwriting, packaging loan requests, and procuring competitive loan terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and maintain due diligence documents in deal folders.
- Perform market analysis and research related to each property.
- Keep weekly goal reports up to date.
- Submit weekly tombstones detailing recently funded transactions for the company website.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) proficiency.
- Strong educational foundation analyzing Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Finance, Economics, or Real Estate related bachelor’s degree program.
- Anticipated graduation date in 2027 or 2028.
- Must be available for a morning work schedule. Exact start time is flexible.
- Self-motivated with a passion to succeed in a fluid startup environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on timing and impact.
- Previous real estate experience is a plus.
- Must reside in Arizona and be able to work onsite at the corporate office in Scottsdale.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Integrity, dedication, and excellent problem resolution skills are essential.
- Expected to employ effective time management skills and a meticulous analytical approach.
- Expected to maintain a professional image of the company.
