About the Role
The Owner role at Fazo Academy involves collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support business decisions, develop tracking tools, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze data to provide actionable insights that support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Clean, validate, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in developing predictive models and automation tools to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- SQL
- Excel
- Data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Python or R for data processing and statistical analysis (advantage)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar analytical roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
