Legal Intern (Contract Drafting)
About the Role
- Position: Legal Intern

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and standardize client and vendor agreements, NDAs, and MoUs.
- Assist in structuring commercial terms and IP clauses for software and prototyping projects.
- Maintain and organize internal contract templates and compliance checklists.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Currently in the 4th year of a 5-year law program.
- Strong foundational knowledge of the Indian Contract Act and commercial law.
- Clear, precise legal drafting skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to turn around drafts quickly and communicate clearly without heavy legalese.
- Experience with commercial contract drafting and legal documentation.
