Key Responsibilities

• Create lighting designs based on client requirements and project specifications.
• Perform lighting calculations for lux levels, uniformity, glare, energy efficiency, and compliance with relevant standards.
• Develop lighting layout drawings, 3D visualizations, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project teams to develop design solutions aligned with client needs.
• Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BoQ), technical submittals, and lighting design reports.
• Analyze site conditions, architectural layouts, and energy usage to optimize lighting designs.
• Stay updated with lighting technologies and product databases.
• Coordinate with electrical and architectural design teams for integration of lighting systems.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in DIALux, AutoCAD, and MATLAB.
• Strong understanding of lighting principles, photometric analysis, and design standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and visualization skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related Mechanical Engineering.
• 0–5 years of hands-on experience in lighting design.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of lighting control systems, BIM, or Revit is an added advantage.
• Experience in industrial lighting projects or working with LED lighting products.
