About the Role
EduAdvice™ is seeking a Video Editing Intern for a remote internship. The intern will assist in editing and producing video content for news updates, podcasts, campus highlights, and community initiatives, ensuring alignment with EduAdvice™’s brand and audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembling raw footage.
- Applying basic color correction.
- Adding graphics or motion elements.
- Preparing videos for publication across digital platforms.
- Collaborating with content, social media, and design team members to refine concepts, maintain consistency in style, and meet deadlines.
- Organizing media assets.
- Adapting videos for different formats and aspect ratios.
- Contributing creative ideas to enhance viewer engagement.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Video Production skills.
- Video Editing skills.
- Video Color Grading skills.
- Motion Graphics skills.
- Graphics skills.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail is beneficial.
- Creativity is beneficial.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and editorial direction is beneficial.
- Effective communication skills are beneficial.
- Reliability in meeting deadlines is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Prior internship or project experience in video content creation is a plus.
- Current students or recent graduates in film, media, communication, design, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
