About the Role

SUAVYA is an architecture and design practice exploring innovative ideas across architecture, interior design, facade design, parametric design, and furniture solutions. We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Junior Architect / Interior Designer or Architect / Interior Designer Intern who can translate design concepts into well-resolved drawings and bring ideas to life with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed interior working drawings.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, and construction details.
• Work on interior design concepts, spatial planning, material selection, and 3D modelling.
• Coordinate design intent with technical requirements and execution feasibility.
• Collaborate with the team to develop thoughtful, innovative, and practical design solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential.
• Experience with 3D modelling.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Excellent understanding of working drawings, construction detailing, dimensions, and materials.
• Ability to translate design concepts into technically accurate, execution-ready drawings.
• Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
