Key Responsibilities
- Handle QuickBooks-related sales inquiries and customer interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convert potential leads into customers through effective sales conversations.
- Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Sales and customer-handling experience preferred.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in US night shifts.
- QuickBooks or accounting software knowledge is an advantage.
