Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales activities for a cluster of BD pursuits across multiple accounts, regions, and SBUs.
- Manage proposal writing and collateral development.
- Ensure pricing estimation aligns with organizational, BU, and regional guidelines.
- Support solution architects in solution development and articulation based on RFP scope and problem statements.
- Lead the Bid Management process within BU guidelines.
- Analyze RFP/RFI problem statements, identify missing information, and frame queries with the pursuit team.
- Validate service lines and required inputs for proposal completion.
- Support Bid Solutions team in deal solution creation and pricing alignment.
- Own elements of pre-sales support, deal analytics, prospect lists, and BD assets.
- Ensure strict compliance with bid management processes, templates, tools, and approval matrices.
- Maintain CRM tagging for Bid Manager compliance.
- Execute all BD Analyst responsibilities for small to medium-sized bids.
