About the Role

The Volunteer role at PT. Printec Perkasa II is a full-time, remote position supporting the implementation and use of the iCore information system.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with data entry and validation.
• Organizing documentation.
• Helping monitor product and transaction flows within the system.
• Preparing basic reports.
• Gathering feedback from users.
• Communicating issues or improvement suggestions.
• Coordinating with supervisors to ensure compliance-related information is accurately captured and maintained.
• Collaborating effectively online.
• Following established procedures.
• Contributing to a reliable and efficient information management environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with business information systems, including basic data entry, data validation, and documentation management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort with using standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, online meeting platforms).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Interest in business processes, logistics, or regulatory compliance; prior exposure to these areas is an advantage.
• Relevant coursework or experience in information systems, business administration, or a related field is beneficial.
