About the Role
We are looking for a creative, organised, and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Intern to support our D2C marketing team. You will help discover relevant creators, reach out to influencers, coordinate collaborations, and source engaging videos for social media and paid advertising. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, understands content trends, and wants hands-on experience in influencer marketing and brand building.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover relevant creators: Research and shortlist influencers and user-generated content (UGC) creators on Instagram and YouTube based on their audience, content quality, engagement, and fit with the brand.
- Manage outreach and follow-ups: Contact creators through email, Instagram DMs, and approved communication channels. Introduce collaboration opportunities and follow up professionally.
- Support influencer collaborations: Assist the team with paid, barter, gifting, and affiliate campaigns, including discussions around rates and deliverables under the manager’s guidance.
- Coordinate products and content: Arrange product dispatches with the operations team, confirm receipt, share approved content briefs, and follow up on drafts and publishing dates.
- Support UGC creation: Help source creator videos for Reels, product demonstrations, and paid advertisements. Suggest relevant hooks, concepts, and content references.
- Maintain campaign trackers: Keep influencer contact details, responses, agreed deliverables, content links, costs, and payment status organised in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Track results and trends: Record basic campaign metrics, including views, engagement, clicks, and tracked sales where available. Share useful creator discoveries and competitor campaign ideas. All content, commercial commitments, and usage permissions will be reviewed by the relevant team before approval.
Qualifications
- Students or recent graduates from any discipline with an interest in marketing, social media, or e-commerce are welcome. Previous professional experience is not required.

- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in approaching new people.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage follow-ups and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Experience creating content, managing a college or personal social media page, or coordinating events is a plus.
