Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate, Fox Valley

About the Role

Cherry Hill Programs captures magical holiday moments for children and families in partnership with retail locations. As a Sales Associate/Photographer, you will create excellent experiences on Santa photo sets by welcoming families, engaging with children, and capturing memorable holiday moments. You will bring warmth, energy, and world-class guest service to ensure a smooth and joyful photo experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed.
• Photography experience not required.
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.
