The company is looking for an Event Sales Coordinator to support event-led sales activities in Hyderabad and help create meaningful engagement with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales activities connected with events, exhibitions, meetings, and promotional initiatives.
• Engage with visitors, prospects, and leads to understand their requirements and communicate relevant offerings.
• Manage lead capture, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and regular status updates.
• Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to support event planning and post-event conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and contribute to reports on event performance and lead progress.
• Represent the organization professionally and ensure a positive experience for prospects and partners.

Requirements

• Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience in sales, events, customer engagement, or a related area.
• Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• Confident and presentable approach when interacting with customers and event attendees.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks, meet timelines, and work effectively with different teams.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn sales processes and event operations.

Compensation: ₹2.4 LPA for freshers and up to ₹3 LPA depending on experience, interview performance, and the first round of assessment.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Hyderabad.
