About the Role

The Volunteer role at Cosmos Maya India Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. Volunteers will support animation production teams with day-to-day tasks such as organizing project assets, assisting with basic documentation, and helping coordinate communication between creative and production team members. Volunteers will have opportunities to observe professional animation processes, learn studio best practices, and contribute to a collaborative, deadline-driven production setting.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced studio environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, and documentation software)
• Collaborative mindset, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Interest in animation, media, or entertainment production is highly beneficial
• Prior exposure to animation or creative projects is a plus
• Relevant academic background in media, animation, communication, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
