About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Student Intern AI/ML role based in Hyderabad. The intern will assist in researching and experimenting with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques relevant to enterprise data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in data collection and preprocessing.
- Build and evaluate ML models under guidance.
- Document findings.
- Contribute to prototype development.
- Collaborate with software engineers and mentors.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Help integrate AI/ML components into existing systems.
- Learn quickly, follow best practices, and support the team in solving real-world problems.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Programming skills in Python.
- Familiarity with libraries like NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of data handling and processing, including working with structured/unstructured data, data cleaning, and feature engineering.
- Skills in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear documentation or presentations.
- Collaboration and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge in machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, basic statistics).
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow or PyTorch) is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms or distributed systems is an added advantage.
- Interest in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, and scalable data platforms is highly beneficial.
