About the Role
The Social Media Marketing Intern role is a remote position focused on supporting the growth and engagement of myhoroscope’s social media communities. This role offers hands-on experience in digital and social media marketing and provides opportunities to learn best practices in content creation and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, creating, and publishing social media content across platforms, aligning posts with brand voice and astrology themes.
- Schedule posts.
- Monitor engagement.
- Respond to comments or messages under guidance.
- Compile basic performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to brainstorm campaigns.
- Experiment with new content formats.
- Stay informed about platform trends.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook) and basic analytics tools is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Interest in astrology, lifestyle, or wellness content is beneficial.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
