About the Role

The Owner role at Fedora Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune Division. The Owner will oversee overall business strategy, operations, and financial performance, ensuring that medical revenue management services are delivered effectively and consistently.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, or practice management, preferably across multiple specialties.
• Ability to work with diverse software systems and processing environments used in medical billing and practice management.
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and data privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive operational performance.
• Business and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing client relationships and vendor partnerships.
• Demonstrated capability in strategic planning, process improvement, and change management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to customer service and quality outcomes.
