Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Business Relationship Manager in handling client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Ads, Content, Social Media, and Web Development) to ensure timely project execution.
- Schedule client meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and share Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Follow up with clients for approvals, feedback, and pending deliverables.
- Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
- Maintain records and update client communication logs.
- Support onboarding of new clients by collecting required documents and coordinating with internal teams.
- Escalate client concerns to the respective teams and ensure timely resolution.
