Key Responsibilities

• Consulting IT professionals on the right career paths over calls.
• Staying updated with the latest technologies.
• Consistently achieving targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
• Building relationships and identifying references through the existing learner base.
• Keeping abreast with Intellipaat’s latest offerings and best practices.
• Understanding concerns, requirements, and needs to provide effective career advancement solutions for IT professionals.

Compensation

• Fixed Pay for the first 6 months: 25,000 INR per month + Performance-based incentives
• After 6 months of training: Final CTC: 8 LPA (4.2 LPA fixed + 3.8 LPA incentives based on performance)
