The Role

Gain practical experience in:

• Business development
• Customer acquisition

You will work closely with the founder and senior leadership to develop commercial skills and gradually take on greater responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day offline campaigns and strategies
• Support business growth and develop commercial awareness
• Review channel performance and optimize campaign performance
• Work directly with the founder and senior leadership on business initiatives
• Support in hiring, team training, coaching, and development
• Forecasting and project management

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Fluent English communication

• Recent graduate or early-career professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Leadership potential and desire for career progression

Previous consulting or management experience is not required.
