About the Role
Loomie is a creative design agency for startup founders specializing in Logo Design, Brand Identity, UI/UX, Web Design, and Packaging. This role focuses on finding Loomie's next clients by researching startups, initiating conversations, and converting cold prospects into booked calls. It is a hands-on growth role with real responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and research startups and founders who need better branding or design
- Run LinkedIn and email outreach
- Generate and qualify leads
- Build and manage lead lists
- Follow up with prospects until they reply or say no
- Research the market and competitor agencies
- Support Loomie's marketing and growth strategy
- Track outreach and campaign performance, and report on effectiveness
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication skills
- Good written English
- Proactive approach
- Hungry to learn and willing to take feedback
- Genuinely interested in marketing, sales, or business development
- Comfortable with LinkedIn and online research
- Bonus: Experience with Apollo
