About the Role
As a Trainer, you will lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, other healthcare users, and our own staff. You will be the first point of contact for many staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and assisting them in saving lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Involved in the training process from start to finish, including instructional design, development of training materials, and scenarios.
- Design workflow-based training content in tight-knit teams.
- Work directly with organizations to help develop their training.
- Get involved in projects to make our software more intuitive.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Based on our campus in Madison, WI, requiring relocation to the area.
- Relocation assistance is provided.
- Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with typical trips lasting 2-4 days.
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
- Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
- A history of academic and professional success.
- Experience on stage, in a classroom, or as a tour guide is a plus.
