About the Role
As an Operations Center Technician, you will help maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses by:
- Monitoring real-time alerts
- Managing access and security systems
- Overseeing building operations from the Facilities Command Center
You will identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinating emergency responses for disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages. You will work closely with internal teams and emergency services to ensure a safe environment and restore normal operations.
