About the Role
Stonefield Engineering & Design is recruiting enthusiastic and goal-driven traffic engineering interns for summer 2027.

- Performing traffic counts
- Field inspection
- Preparing Traffic Impact Studies
- Highway Capacity Analysis
- DOT Permitting
- Attending project meetings
- Roadway design
- Traffic signal design
- Site and zoning investigation
- Concept design
- Field work
- Drafting of site plans
- Assisting in site plan design
- Data collection
- Cost estimating
- Associated supporting tasks
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Enrolled in an accredited degree program for Civil Engineering
- Experience with technology such as communication devices, geographic information system, and 3-D modeling software is utilized by the firm.
