About the Role
The Relationship Manager - CASA position is focused on acquiring high-end current and savings accounts through open market channels and cross-selling other bank products.
Key Responsibilities
- New to bank acquisition of high-end current accounts through open market lead generation and achieving monthly CASA targets.
- Adherence to bank policies and guidelines, including KYC & AML.
- Ensure successful customer onboarding for a smooth transition to the branch banking team.
- Customer activation, ensuring required balances and transactions within M1 & Q1.
- Achieve 80% of customers maintaining specified AQB.
- Achieve 75% penetration of internet banking.
- Achieve 50% penetration of DSB.
- Conduct activities for lead generation.
- Cross-sell through lead generation/basic enquiry, liaising with the Branch Manager & product teams (RBL, trade, FX, CMS/DSB) to offer business solutions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good knowledge of commercial catchments and business segments for new to bank acquisition.
- Proficiency in the local language.
- Basic knowledge of Business Banking, Trade/FX is preferable.
Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate.
- Preferred: MBA + IRDA qualified.
Experience
- 0-5 years of experience in New to Bank Current account acquisition with a bank, preferably in the SME segment.
Behavioural Skills
- Communication Skills: Good written & verbal communication.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Presentable and with High Grooming standards.
